General Costs

Our Human Resources Management agreement is made annually in fixed monthly payment order. Payments include the following items:

• Employee salaries within the chart selected and subject to nationality
• Health Controls, Company Uniforms, Safety Shoes, winter and safety equipment
• Attendance & departure ticket fees, domestic transportation costs
• Extra insurance coverage upon agreement. Contact Costs, Bank Costs
• Communication costs
• Management fee
• Flag State Paperwork
• Staff training costs
• P & I expenses of staff
